Well we are getting thing finalized and it looks to be another great event. I was at the field this past weekend and I believe most of the grass will be grown in, I assure you the field will be in much greater shape than last year. Also we will be having the dinner Saturday night catered, I was getting little tired of the bar b que so this it will be mexican. Hope to see a bunch of the Heli freak's.

They will be arriving late Friday night and leaving early Sunday morning. But with that being said they will pretty much just be there Saturday. They are willing to help anyone with thier machine or flying so don't be afraid to ask.

Well it look to be a great weekend for our fly in. Mother Nature is on our side for this one. Things are shaping up nicely. We will be raffling off a Quick Worldwide Little Quckie 8 (Thanks Irwin) complete with motor and speed controller. This is the first of the QWW machines I have seen and thus far it looks pretty impressive, Full metal head and carbon frames. THIS WILL BE A PILOTS ONLY RAFFLE AND YOUR PAID ENTRY IS YOUR TICKET. So even if you don't plan on flying you may what to register you get 2 meals and much better odds on winning a helicopter than in the regular raffle.

I just want to thank everyone that came out to this event. I got the final numbers and it was a successful event for our club. Hope to see you out there next year. I hope everyone had a good time and we will start a little sooner next year and maybe we can have an even bigger event next year. Special thanks to James Flemming, Mark Conroy and Ron Lund for all of your help on putting this event together.
