You can find them in my forum here: http://www.helifreak.com/showpost.php?p=139385&postcount=1
This is a cute little heli and I cant weait to finish and fly it. I dont expect it to fly like a Trex but should be fun!

I went to order the conversion kit this morning, and the guy at the store told me that the reason we don't see your video with the CP flying is that it is near impossible to dial in the tail rotor belt drive, and it won't fly. Then he told me to quit messing around with this Heli and get a T-rex! What r your thoughts on this?

I bought a HDX300 last week for $160 w/elec. stock eflite radio HS55's with the V2 rotor head and one
thing I've noticed using the stock setup it that the upper mixing arms are to long for the short movement
of the servo's even after fliping everything on the V2 head. so I put the stockhead on the existing shaft
using the swash of the V2 I noticed that that swash doesn't have the throw(binds on the mainshaft) of the CPP swash, so I changed to CPP swash. Now even then couldn't enough +pitch to lift until 80% stick. HUmmm, so I added+4 of pitch, it lifted @65% stick. But the tail shaft is a joke, bends at 50% stick so I
took an old brushed motor with 2mm shaft and used that, no bending but due to pour quality of tail bladegrips hub it still vibrates bad.. So now I will be replacing to a different tail and when I get my
Blade 400 I will update the RX to AR6000e so I can really set this heli up...
