I just ordered a 12z on 50mHz at the LHS I work at and was wondering if there is anyone out there that makes a base loaded antenna that works with the G3 rx on 50mHz?

Not that I am aware of.
FWIW, the 50 MHz G3 RX antenna is 38 inches long versus 21.6 inches for the 72 band version. I have two and they have worked flawlessly so far in a heli and a giant scale gasser.

Revolution has an a base loaded antenna that is for 50 mhz.
Here is the 72 mhz Revolution antenna.

The wire on the 50 mhz Revolution antenna is brown. I have Revolution base loaded antennas for 50 mhz. I don't know if Horizon still carries them.
I have also used the 72 mhz antenna above with 50 mhz receivers with no problems.

Thanks guys for the information. The owner up at the shop gave me a good deal on one of the airplane ones that we have had since they first came out. So I picked it up. One day I'll convert to 50mHz but it was too good a deal to pass up. Only thing that sucks is waiting for Futaba to respond to my email since I didn't get a registration card for the Flyer's Club.

I use both Revolution and the Deans base loaded antennas on mine and haven't had any problems with either one on my 50mhz G3 Recevrs.
