Troubleshooting the G26

I ordered a Pro Plus from Al at Hanson and hope to see that installed in my Observer soon and then dial in the carb and loading of the disc to get some smooth flight however in the mean time I now have 3 G26's laying in the shop that I cannot get to run.

Out of the 3 I know I have good compression, spark, fule etc.

I have interchanged 643 carbs, coils, and motors - fuel is pumped / primed in the bulb and the plug was wet when pulled (not swamped) and I have changed out plugs.

I am not new to gas engines and this is weird; you would think I would get a hit once in a while even if I was sucking air and yes I have double checked insulators....

Since nobody else has responded I would say that you have a flooded engine if you have a wet spark plug.

When you say you have a good spark, are you checking the spark at the plug tip?

If all is well then let it dry out and try starting it without any choke making sure the high and low needles are set properly and that you have the butterfly set to provide idle (not too open though).
