I tried this PS http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=6879 to trouble shoot issue Charge Taking 50% Longer now? - HeliFreak

It balance charged a 2 X 3s series configuration in just over 70 minutes on a new A6 and also my older one. The charge was also more complete then when I used a $10.00 - 5 amp PS. Maybe too good? One cell on a pack went to 4.21 and this morning no cells on that pack have dropped. :( The other packs dropped over night as what normally happens. Anyone had experience with cells going over limit. I know we are talking 1/100 of a volts but anything to be concerned about? No puffing.

Max charge is actually 4.25volts. So your fine.

Makes sense that there would be some sort of grace voltage on the standard limit. Nice to have an idea what it is.

I'm really surprised with this new PS. My packs charge much better using it with my Turnigy A6's. Peak voltage everytime. It has much more power but I don't think that's a factor as the A6 is only 50 watts. It's probably just cleaner power.
