Bob,

Just wanted to thank you for the videos on the Lepton. When I ran into some setup questions on the pitch, your videos helped me choose the right path. This entailed lengthening the SWM pushrods, the mixing pushrods, and shortening the flybar pushrods and increasing the swashplate AFR settings. By doing so I was able to set a 10/-10 pitch. Orignally I had about 3/-15 or so. It was off significantly using the supplied radio and pushrod measurements. I was kind of surprised they were off so much.

As soon as I get a new BEC I'll be ready to fly. FWIW, my configuration is:

Hacker 30-10XL
Hyperion 4S 3700 LiPoly
Kontronik 80A-6-18 with LilSaver (ESC not LiPoly freindly) in Govenor mode
3 Futaba S3102 on cyclic ( I didn't like the Airtronics servos, but may try JR later)
Futaba S9650 for tail
Futaba GY401 Gyro
Sombra 3 RX (have a Futaba PCM if needed)

As for upgrades, I've only added the MJPCarbon BEC mount at present. I've bought a few more, but want to try the stock configuration before I add anything else. I did get a set of 68mm tail rotos blades from ReadyHeli so if I need more tail authority I'll have it.
