Blade CP PRO vs. Honeybee CP2 (+ heatsinks)

Can anyone confirm - are these two models exactly the same helicopter, manufactured by the same factory, etc., then re-branded?

I can't seem to find a manufacturer site for e-sky.

I once saw a post by the US distributor stating that the Blade was produced in their own factory(?????). There are several micros that look identical. China is great for duplicating every thing and any thing.
