Blade grip tightness???

Probably the dumbest question ever asked< but i just built my trex 450 se and was wondering how tight i should do up my main blades and tail blades in the grip? The reason i ask is that at the moment i am flying a night ranger 2 fixed pitch and if i tighten the blades even mildly (so i can still move blades) it shakes violently. should the blades be able to move in the grips so they can advance and retard or should they be super tight.
Any advice appreciated?

Loose enough to let them advance and retard to the sweet spot. And you might want to look at the Trex setup videos on this site. He will tell you almost everything you need to know. And even if you were a pro and knew how to set everything up, it is still worth watching. Knowledge is power.
