I recently upgraded from an 8103 to a 9303 and I can't figure out for the life of me how to configure a switch on the 9303 to totally disable the governor. I'm running a throttle jockey pro, so on the 8103 I simply setup a switch to reduce the "throw" on that channel to 0% when it was hit and that would disable the gov. This allowed me to fall back to (and work on) my throttle curves in any flight mode pretty easily. Does anyone know how to accomplish this same thing on the 9303 when using its governor settings?

Thanks for any help.

The 9303 supports up to six flight modes.
The four you already know:

Normal
ST-1
ST-2
Throttle Hold

If you go into the DeviceSEL menu, you can enable the F.MOD EXTRA feature that will give you two more flight modes. ST-3 and ST-4.

These extra flight modes can be tied to any of the D/R switches or the Gear switch. (or the hold switch, but that's a little weird).

Anyway, once you enable this feature, you will find that the extra flight modes will show up in the [GOVERNOR] menu. Use those extra flight modes to turn off your governor.

enjoy,
