Okay guys, they're finally done. I apologize to those who have been waiting. My day job got real busy lately and that set me back a couple of weeks. The guides are CNC machined delrin and are a tight fit on the boom. The price is $12 a pair shipped anywhere in the USA. PM me for the Paypal address. Be sure to specify long or short. Those who have already PMed me will get first dibs. A few more pics are in My Gallery (http://www.helifreak.com/album_personal.php?user_id=9139).

This post is not intended to offend anyone but why don't you just use a 3mm CF rod. I use it and it is perfect. I have no flex at all.

I use 3mm rod as well. Just add a ball link to the tail end and it's the prefect solution.

eheliflyer, no offense taken. Personally, I don't like unsupported tail pushrods. I have seen the threaded rods at the ends of unsupported rods fatigue and break from the vibration and weight of the pushrod. Also, the natural frequency of the unsupported pushrod is low enough to potentially get into resonant vibration problems at certain RPM. Whatever works for you. :)

Stuka, do you drill pinions as well ? I use 4S with Hyperion 3025/10, and with 24T I hardly get over 50% throttle with the Jazz 80 .... thanks, Michael
