Practising nose in this time. Trouble is when you turn her 180 deg with the tail she sometimes accelerates forward and drops rapidly (odd!).
I made matters worse with a good fistful of dumb thumb in panic mode.
Result was as I turned her 180 to face me she suddenly took a 45 deg dive off to one side. Being sorta head on I didn't react instictively enough to save her and she bit the tarmac again - yet another broken blade grip (= no4) and an end crushed, but working Lipo pack!
Oh well, live and learn........
Chopper down :(

Mine (Blade CP) often takes off forward when I try to turn the tail and often wants to rapidly drop when I give it right or left aileron stick. It's strange that yours quite often breaks the grips. I've crashed the living daylights out of mine and have never broken a grip (gone through a lot of blades though!). I've bent the heck out of the shaft. Instead of ordering a new shaft, I've ordered the bell mixer upgrade. Is the upgrade what you have on your's? If so, I guess I can look forward to some broken grips. Maybe I'll order a wheel barrel load of grips next! I did (almost) manage a good hover today, until it took off sideways and crashed into my Son's truck. Luckily, it didn't do any damage to the copter or truck. Naturally, it was the truck's fault!

when the balls popped off my grips I CA'd them back on, drilled a 2mm hole through them, and then CA'd a piece of CF rod in the hole. Haven't broken a grip since.

Steve, the Twister CP v2 has a full Bell/Hiller head and cf blades. New blade grips come with a new feathering shaft (cost £13 ukp/pair).
Zooland1, unfortunately its not the balls the snap off. Its one of the two small 'see saw' arms that are attached to the lever part of each blade grip. one side of the arm has a link running down to the swash, the other side has a link running up to the cradle that pivots the flybar. The whole arm pivots on this blade grip. The materials are too thin to fix by drilling and fitting cf rod through.
The Twister does have a habit of suddenly dropping like a stone, you soon learn to recognise the setup/positioning/attitude in flight that leads to this behavoire. Basically its when the heli is in slow ff and you ease in a little back cyclic, which slows it gently in a very slight climb - then you do a large amount of yaw to turn around - suddenly she drops like 4 foot and moves forward a bit. Its ok if you're ready for it and give extra collectve and some opposite cyclic. But on this occaision, cos she was nose-in, the drop happend off to one side and I didn't have time to get my head around the stick correction needed. Funny though cos I'd just been doing 30s of succesful nose-in hover already!
