gyro/tail problems.

i am very new to rc heli's and i am not sure how to correct the tail problem on my heli.

I have a mx400, gy401, jr6102 tx, futaba s3107 servo on the tail and 3 hitec 55 servo's.

my problem is, is that the heli spins radically once i power up to half throttle or greater. Up to half throttle I can hold the tail, but any more throttle sends the heli spinning in circles. What might be the problem?

Make sure your gyro isn't reversed, at half throttle are the skids still on the ground?

Give right tail rotor (w/o the motor running) and check that the tail blades are moving in the correct direction, if its the same as the TRex the rod should be pulled frontwards. Now pick up the head and turn the nose to the left (counter clockwise) the blades should go the same direction as when you give right rudder, if thats wrong flip the nor/rev switch on the gyro.
