It flew but need some adjustments. tail vibrations

From the weight of it I didn't even think it will fly but it did.
Main blades need tracking.

Tail was vibrating last night when I spin up, its coming from the grips or the blades.
I removed the blades seems its less vibes, Remove the Grip, no vibes.

It lift off easy and sound incredible, but it seem to be bringing in the rain. it keeps raining as I take it out.

Finally got the blade to track and rain stopped for afew min.

I'm using Zippy 2200mah 25c x 2 Turngy Pulsh 80A(Sam as HobbyWing) Scorp 1400kv with 14T Pinon. I'm only getting about 3 min of hover time(not enough room). After landed, it got kinda like melted plastic smell coming from the batteries. Same smell as NiMah batteris in cars after a good run.

Motor was warm, ESC was warm.. Battery were pretty hot, can't find my .
They were both 11 volt when I was done with them so I didn't run them down to low.

Battery temp are about 125, same goes to the mortor.

ESC is just barely warm.
