why is't, when i charge my lipo and then take it off charge if i dont use it it goes dead! i charged it again but the peak charger said it was full but the volts where only 8.9v???

You might have an imbalanced or even dead cell. What specific charger are you using? Might be a good time to upgrade. I picked up a cheap lipo balancer from unitedhobbies.com

dead cell, a freakin dude! it was only a week old, they said i discharged it below 9v.
any who dont they make a lil light that comes on at 9 v or did i dream that

There are LiPo alarms you can use to determine when to shut down. I prefer the timer method myself. Fly x minutes and recharge. See how much charge went back in and determine how many mins I can fly without going below 80% discharge.
A good charger and a cell balancer will get the most life out of your betteries.
