R90 3D setup

what is the best 3D setting for the R90?
(throtle curve. pitch curve) and Blade pitch

usually +11 and - 11 degrees pitch.. just a linear curve for the pitch.. and the throttle varies a bit because motor setup etc....

headspeed you could take up to 1900.. with metal head though.
