Here's a quick one.

I had the long pin that connects the Elevator Control Arm Link to the Elevator Control Arm back out after one of my flights this weekend. It backed out so far it was rubbing the frame. Basically the frame kept it from completely comming out.

Anyway, other than just re-inserting it, are there any tricks to keep it from backing out again??

Thanks!

I just drill a hole in the plastic arm. Once the pin is inserted, I wick some CA into the hole to help hold the pin in position.

The best way is to get a kit that has e-clips on the ends.

here is you fix. Losi mini T part #s B 1041 pins and B 1043 E clips.

My new Titan didn't come this way, may have an early kit I though they were supposed to add this upgrade to the kits.

The pins are supposed to be an interference fit in the elevator control arm (the rocking part) and a loose fit in the control arm link ("A" shaped part). If the pin doesn't fit tightly in the control arm and/or the control arm link doesn't rotate easily on the pins then the CA fix is the way to go. I've only seen this trouble in two helicopters and both times the problem was caused by a misguided builder drilling out the elevator control arm thinking that the pin should rotate in the arm.
