Will the new cf blades be heaver then the stock fg blades and if so will a 3s set be taxed too much if in fact the blades are more weight??

Hard to say really... The FG blades are pretty darn light now and if you squeeze them past the cord CG you will see they are hollow (and flexible). So we will have to see but I doubt if the CF blades will be enough delta to be noticable to your flight times.
