UBEC

my config as follows
2x 9252
1x JR 8421 for pitch
1x9650 for throttle
gyro 401+9254
rx R770S
3cells li-po battery +UBEC (http://www.flying-hobby.com/productShow.asp?id=1476)

i ve been flying with these config for 5gallon fuel without any problem.
However, last week i was told that this UBEC is not suitable for nitro heli as it can only support 3amps per the specs listed. (maybe even less).
so i wonder should i continue to use it or buy another UBEC which has higher amps 5A..
please advise. thanks in advance.

I have been using a UBEC and 3s lipos in my 90 size ships for almost a year now. All digitals in these too. Never had any issues.

The UBEC ratting is 3 amps continuos and 5 amp for 3 minutes. Our servos can pull a good load at times but thay are rarely sustained for any period of time.

You will be just fine with that setup.
