View Full Version : 700 swash plate
Has anyone else had the seal come off from the bottom of the swash? I maidened my 700 today and it came off on the second flight while just breakin in the engine.

Just snap it back on a fly :P If it doesn't stay in then cut it off.
Mine did the same thing last weekend. It looks like the shield wasn't correctly installed, the edge was crimped in one area. I just removed it and have been flying without it without any ill effect. Just remember to keep it clean & lubed and it will be fine.

Ring came off when new, snapped it back on and has not come off. It's now been well over 100's of flights.
