A ring that you wrap the esc lead around to reduce the "motor noise" going to the reciever.

Is it a $15 piece? Wow! I've purchased a ferrite ring from the local electronic parts supplier and it was only 35 cents, and now I'm in doubt whether I'm using the same ferrite ring? Any comment? The shop was providing resistors, capacitors, all these electronic, computer, etc. parts.

goto Digikey.com. Look up part number P12721-ND. These are the magical glitch removing rings you seek. Buy in bulk ( I got 10 for $3.60), and give some extras to friends. They come naked, no glaze coating. they are the same size and characteristics as those included with ESC's.
