You'll need either 'Parallels' virtualization software in order to run
Windows at the same time as OSX or you'll need to download/install 'BootCamp' from
Apple to create a 2nd partition for a dual boot system.

Eitehr way, you need a copy of Windows too.

Where do i get the 'parallels' virtualization thingy ?

http://www.parallels.com/

Right now, Parallels doesn't support accellerated video, it's supposed to be supported by the end of the year. I'm not sure how G3 would do with it.

Also can you explain what is a 'bootcamp' ?

You can go here for the full explanation

http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp/

It's basically a dual boot solution. It's also possible to install Windows directly on a 2nd drive without using bootcamp, but you need the latest firmware update also from apple.

The boot camp intaller instructions are pretty clear but here it goes:

1) Download and install boocamp from apple.com
2) Look in your utilities folder and double click on bootcamp to start it.
3) Bootcamp will walk you through partitioning the drive, burning a Windows XP driver cd, then start the XP installation.
4) Insert you XP disk and install
5) INstall driver disk that you burned
6) Reboot and install G3
7) Update G3 then run it.

Works amazingly well on my Mac book pro.
