Very odd.
I'm flying a Titan that, if anything, is a bit nose heavy due to the 2400 sub-c pack up front. Normally, one would expect that a nose heavy chopper would pitch up a bit in forward flight (because you set up with a bit of aft cyclic to achieve a stable hover, which then results in some nose-up in forward flight). That's pretty much what mine used to do...in forward flight, the nose would creep up just a bit resulting in a loss of speed if I didn't keep nudging the nose back down.
I put green paddles on the other day. Went out flying and noticed a couple of things....the headspeed kicked up a chunk (didn't think the weight of the paddles would make that much difference...but I guess it did...)
The strange part is that now it wants to drop the nose a bit in forward flight. Not wildly so, just enough to remind you to stay on your toes.
Anyone else seen that?
Absolutely no other changes were made. No setup tweaks, no mix changes in the radio, etc.
