Best Hatori muffler for YS ST2?

I'm not to familar with the YS engines but I have aquired a YS .61 ST2 and also a Hatori pipe, I think it is model #914 or maybe it's 944??, anyway what do you guys think is the best Hatori for the ST2? Not for a 3D flier, more along the lines of FAI. Do you know anything about the Hatori 914? Thanks for your advice.

I personally would use the Hatori SB 15 on the YS 61. It was designed for the YS 80. But it works superb on the YS 61.

Will it bolt directly on? I have a few of the SB-17's and they aren't even close to fitting(I tried :oops: ). Thanks for the info.

The SB 17 and 18 are for OS Engines.
The SB 15 and 16 will fit YS engines. Yes the SB 15 will bolt on to the YS engine.

Just curious...

Have been presented with a YS61ST2 for free...
Including Zimmermann-muffler for 60's engines...

Any expirience with the Zimmermann Compact-60's-muffler against the Hatori SB-15?
Power-difference?
What about Noise?
