I bought a camera with similar capabilities from www.chinavasion.com for $US34.16.

These cameras are OK for framing pix by a "real" camera. Don't understand why Helihobby is charging so much for the one you highlighted.

I would like it for video not for pics. Like for watching while flying.

I would suggest that the video available at the ground will be pretty ordinary quality (certainly not good enough to keep other non-R/C enthusiasts interested).
Better to make use of the video recording capabilities of digital cameras. There are plenty of small digital cameras capable of 640x480 video at 30 frames per second. With a 1Gb SD card, you can record a lot of quite watchable video (if you point the camera in the right direction of course :))
The smaller 2.4Ghz cameras are good for aiming the bigger one...

Did you watch the video on that site? Seems pretty good if its that camera. I would like to view as I fly so I can fly from the cockpit intead of watching the heli. So a digital camera woudlnt work as I would have to view the films afterwards.

speedfreak,
You can actually feed the video out of the (real) camera into the tx downlink portion of one of these DIY combos (disable the cheap ccd sensor) and view it on the ground. Granted it is not as high quality as viewing on the camera itself but it is better than the "spycam". Only the radio downlink interference ( and less bandwidth) makes it somewhat less quality than the camera. It is really a simple operation if your camera has video out (most do). I did this recently from a thread here and like the results! The thread was called "DIY Downlinks" and I think enigma started it!
Cheers
