From the 1st build step, can anyone tell me if the factory installed bearings should be installed flush with the outward facing side of the center hub? :thinking I took out the bearing sleeve because the clearance for the SeeSaw was too tight, and now can't remember how the ball bearings looked originally. Thanks.

Yes,

The bearing and the brass sleeve go in from the outside of the hub

My bearings are sticking out about 0.5mm. If I apply pressure will they push in farther? Any tips on how to do this?

Look at the top of page 2 in the manual, the bearing pushes into a pocket in the center hub, you should be able to look from the inside of the hub and make sure the bearing is fully seated in the hub, I simply use a hex driver and push the bearing in until it seats
