Hey guys,
I just finished building my t-rex se from watching all of Bob's build videos. I got it to hover this morning, but the bird wants to drift to right and backward. What do you guys recommend I do? play with the servo links? adjust the sub-trim in the radio?

1) Check your centre of gravity (GG or CoG).

2) Double check that your swash is level at low, mid and high collective

A slight drift to the right is normal due to the rotation of the blades. Just a click or two of aileron trim should correct it. If it takes more than 2-3 clicks then re-check the swash for level. As for the backward drift, check the CG then if that is good then trim it a bit too. If you have followed Finless Bob's videos for removing interactions then it should be very close.
