If you are using a Dolphin based T-rex, try the Kontronik BL 500-52 motor. Then set the Engine to rotor ratio as low as you can where the bird can handle it. For mine, 15 works fine. If you use the Mega 16-15-3 motor, you can set battery to 4 cell, and change eng to rotor ratio to 12. The Mega 16-15-2 works even better, but not with 4 cell batt. I'm not sure if the same will work for the MX400 based T-rexs.
