Help needed: Right 5-in-1 motor constantly spinning

Right motor, one that controls aileron, doesn't stop spinning when I turn on my MSR!
It is binded to my dx7. Elevator, throttle, and rudder work just fine.

When I move my aileron stick around, it does not even respond to the stick movement, but continue to spin to push the swash plate up.

I have tried to trimmed it and all that, but none of it seems to work.

The heli used to tilt way to the left and I was trying to adjust it unseccessfully.
Then I got my dx7, and bind to it. That's when I started to have problems..

I hope I don't have to replace the 5-in-1 control unit as this heli is fairly new.

Has anybody have any ideas or know what I can do?

cust call horizon, the will send you a new one. their customer service is second to none.;)
