what to look at

Hi guys, been flying the Big Lama really well, most of the weekend, this morning all of a sudden, she seems to want to go in reverse, more than forward. I have to use about 3/4 forward stick just to keep it in one spot hovering?
any ideas where to look/adjust? I did shorten the flybar by the way 1cm off each end, but it was flying ok after that, it seems to have got progressively worse now though.

Wel , been out in da shed, and looks like it's fixed, see how we go anyway. Made some adjustments to the swashplate. Much easier to hold a stable hover now!!..:cheers
