Hexpert IR?

Anybody using the Hexpert IR blaster? The Gentled says you need two if you want zoom and shutter where this one claims both functions in one unit for the same price. Sounds good to me, has anyone used this model?http://www.hexpertsystems.com/prism/

prism is a good unit. even though I sell others, I would recommend it. matt is also a good guy.

I think Zoom is only for the optio cameras.

I think zoom is also not as useful as you think it will be on a heli.

When you zoom in, all vibes will seem like they are amplified.

Matt at Hexpert did me a good one last week.

He had repaired a prism for me and sent it back to me the day after he received it (!), but it never showed up in my mailbox. No questions asked, he dropped a new one in the mail for me, NO CHARGE!!!
Killer service, great product.
The zoom function (at least for the pentax) is 3 position, in, middle and out. This is a function of the Pentax, not a limitation of the Prism. I haven't had a problem with vibes, but I have only used the zoom in wide and middle, not the telephoto setting. It would be too hard to compose the picture. With higher megapixel cameras, you may just as well leave it on wide angle and crop to your hearts content.

I agree with WillJames- Hexpert is an excellent product (Prism) with unheard of delivery time! I ordered on Sat from SC and received on Monday! Took me 10 minutes to mount and program ready for use- great stuff :D
