Can someone please explain to me, what does the "IN" and "OUT" on the thro & pitch modes mean?.

IN displays the amount of travel of the transmitter stick.
OUT displays a corrected value.. If your curve is different from a true linear line, then to set 'true' midstick you need to have the OUT at 50% on pitch.
