Rotorworkz G4-Servo arm/frame rub

I just put together a G4 t-rex with HS-56 servos. using the 2nd innermost hole on the cyclic arms, the nut on the right (from the rear) servo arm rubs the lower hex-head screw on the upper portion of the frame. it only interacts at full right and full negative.

is this normal, or might i have somthing aligned/installed wrong.

if this is normal, what is the typical solution? filing the nut on the back of the ball link? filing down the blue hex screw? something else?

I didn't use Nuts on the servo arms I also filed down the excess ball screw to prevent it from rubbing the lower frame screw

thanks. that's exactly what i ended up doing after getting some advice from some other G4 owners.

didnt have the mesh tight enough on the motor-to-main gear tho and stripped it out on the maiden. align's notoriously out-of-round gears got me. already fixed up and ready for another flight :D
