I finally got my Lepton back in the air after the rebuild but it doesn't fly anything like it used to. I did replace the Futaba 3102 servos with the Airtronics digitals and put the MS Composite blades on it but otherwise it is the same. The best way I can describe it is uncontrollable. It's all over the place and very hard to control. I increased the expo from 20% to 30% but it didn't really help. I'm going to strip it down and redo the setup but is there anything else I should be looking for?

Blades?
They can really make a dramatic difference.
Are the servo horns the same length? Did you check the cyclic pitch (had to bring it back to 5 degrees to be happy for my flying style).
Sticky kwiklinks?

I don't think it is the MS Composit blades. I am running these and they are night and day better than the stock blades. Make sure that the push and pull rods are equal and that there is no resistance. I noticed that when I got my 94761s on and a couple of rods were a little too short it made the heli seem all over the place.
