Here is a pic of my Lepton. I am running the MS Composit 420mm main, Heliup programable paddles with no weights for the Trex and 68mm cf tail blades from ReadyHeli and all of the MJP CF upgrades minus the frame upgrade and esc mount.I also cut out some sections on the body for better air flow for the ecs and bec. I am using the CC HV-45 with the Medusa 3.5 6V with ATX 94761 on cyclic and GY 401 with the 9254 and Evo 20 5S 3700, Hacker A30-8XL with a 19T pinion from Kovi. I am running high governer mode at 75% and my HS is about 3000-3150rpm. The motor, esc and battery are all touchable and not that hot at all after about a 7 min. flight of pitch pumping, flips rolls and inverted punchouts.
The Heliup paddles woke this heli up no pun intended  . I have +/- 11 on pitch and my aileron and elevator are maxed out just shy of binding.
The MS Composit blades are night and day better than the stock glass blades, they are way more responsive and auto better also.
This combo makes my Lepton a monster and has ballistic power. I am very happy with this setup, all it needs now is a set of main and tail blades from V-Blades and it would be killer.Mr. Green
This setup made this heli more responsive than it was. The cyclics are faster and more crisp.

I love these paddles. They are so much better than the stock paddles. It really wakes the heli up. :glasses:

Hi Alvin,

Have you tested the upgraded Bell-Hiller ratio?
I have just ordered the padles what You use on your machine and I am interested in the combined result.
Have You ever tried the GY611/9256 in the Lepton?

Regards István

Kovi,
I have not had a chance to do the mod yet. I am still going to do it hopefully before the weekend. The Heliup paddles really woke this heli up.
The 19T with the A30-8XL is an awsome combo. I am currently using the 401 with 9254. I don't want to try the 611 because I am trying to keep it as light as possible.

Alvin,

What is the final weight of your Lepton in this config?

Kövi,

The battery on my scale died and I have to get new batteries and then I will weigh it.

Kövi I just did the Bell-Hiller mod and damn this is a whole different feeling heli. The cyclics are lightning quick. This little mod and the Heliup paddles have changed this heli from a docile heli to an extremely responsive monster. :smokin:

Kövi I added the weights back on the Heliup paddles and it is much better. I like the feel of it with the weights on. The Bell-Hellier mod mad a huge difference so I added the weights to the paddles and it is perfect now.

Hi Alvin,

I also tested my machine, and I also found it is really stable with the heavier paddles. However I can't test the Heliup. :arggg:
Have You measured weight of your Lepton?
Another huge improvement was the slide block... It is much more precise than before.
I don't fly over 2600-2700rpm. I think it is enough for hard 3D with the modified mixing ratio. Do You still fly around 3000rpm?

Off: I am so impressed by the Lepton I have just started to convert my Hirobo Shuttle RG to electric... :D

Kövi I am still at 3000 rpm and I am loving this heli more than ever. Just those simple mods made this the best heli I have flown in a long time.
When you get the heliup paddlse make sure you use them with the weights it is alof better.

I just got back from flying 3 packs and I just can't stop smiling. :D :D I just have that stupid sh!t grin from ear to ear..  This is the best flying e-heli. I love it. That little bell-hiller mod that Kovi suggested with the Heliup weighted paddles is the bomb. :D  This heli is freaking fast, powerful and extremely responsive but still stable. The rolls and flips are so much faster. Thanks Kövi for experimenting with the bell-hiller mod. I can't stop saying that the Lepton is the SH!T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
