MultiGov

Has anyone used the MultiGov with the Stator Gator on a Gasser? Also, if you have the full MultiGov package, do you need the Stator Gator? I am really confused as to why the Stator Gator is needed in a gas engine if the other governors and limiters come with a sensor.

Am I missing something? Obvioulsy, I am very new to this. Can some please shine some light on this?

I don't use the multigov with a gasser. But, the stator gator does away with having to install a magnet and sensor. The stator gator plugs into the "kill switch" wire and uses that to sense engine speed. I use a Revlock/stator gator combo.
