Can anybody help to get together the required part numbers to change my Fury Expert from a OS70SZH to a YS 80 over.
I am currently running 9.3:1 ratio.

What is the best ratio to run on the YS80?
Does the engine mount have to be replaced as well?

8:45 ratio, So 8:45 sideplates and YS motor mount, and a 93 tooth main gear should get you there.
Some assemblies require motor shims, some don't.

Thanks Wayne
So the pinion gear is fine?
I am also going to add a new metal fan, new style dampers and new collets.
The Expert runs 690mm V2 blades and 95mm V2 paddles.
That should get it going.

If the pinion is 11 tooth, You're golden. I'm not familiar enough with the ratio you are using currently to say for certain if it is 11T or not, but you can count them and determine it pretty easy.
690's work well with the 80.
The motor mounts you need will have the square hole on the side.

Here is what I have found so far:
1) 119-134 Full conversion kit to 8.45:1
Includes engine mount, 11T pinion gear with bearing,CF plates, spacers etz
2) 0579-4 CNC Alu Fan
3) 0546-24 YS61/80 Collet Set for Fan
4) 0546-16 Clutch Dampers

Point 2 + 4 aren't really required but rather my choice.

The original is already running a 93T Maingear, bu the pinion is 10T.

Our Australian Supplier hasn't got a List price for the 119-134 Conversion kit on his Website.
So, I have sent them a message.
