Play in my Blade Grips O M G

Help me!!! The bearing in my blade grip keeps going into the blade grip and it keeps doing it. I would push the blade grips together and it would pop back but when I get to a high head speed, the bearing just pops out again and everything messes up. :( I have taken my head apart like a million times and I cant find what the problem it. I even go new blade grips and new bearings. :arggg: I just dont know what to doooo......

Hmmm, Check your schematic and make sure you have all BG washers in place. Notice the beveled or raised edge of the washer rides on the bearing itself. there should be 4 or those and then 2 regular flat washers that are on the outermost portion of the left and right spindle just before you hex cap screws. Just follow the schematics closely and it should lead you to your answer.

Hmmm, Check your schematic and make sure you have all BG washers in place..

I know it would seem obvious but.... I wouldn't hurt to make sure you have the screws in the spindle... to hold the washers... to hold the bearings.
