Maxi Joker Flies!!!!! Finially!

Well, after fighting with some serious ESC issues, it flies. I must say, this being my first big electric, it is kindof a weird feeling. I am so used to hearing an engine and seeing smoke. This thing has GOOBS of power. I never did any power climbouts but it feels very light and nimble. My setup as of now is:

Actro 24-5
Kontronik 55-10-32
Tanic 5s3p 7500's (pair)
TG800 semis

I do have one question also, When I tried to spool it up a 3rd time it started but then made a grinding noise. The motor stopped spinning and the pinion stopped also. What would cause this? I checked the bolts on the pinion and they are tight.

I wonder if you got a older actro and it threw a magnet. I rememer kohler making changes.

But, it still spins free by hand and it did spool up on a later try.

Mine on my Joker made that noise once as well. I've flown it probably 5 flights since then. I have no idea what it was.
