Raptor g2 electric helicopter help

I have a raptor g2 electric helicopter i have charged the battery to full and let the gyro initalizing the go full throttle but just spines to the left in full cricles and thats it can not get it to lift off the ground

Double check the direction the gyro is correcting for. You may have the 'rudder' channel reversed on the Tx.
