Im probably a few months out on starting another project now that my Viggy is all done.
The question is. Do you guys put the return line from the carb back into the main tank. "I bought another nipple and drilled my tank to do so on my Vigor". Or are you guys returning it to the 3rd nipple on the header tank.
I returned it back to the main tank on my Vigor as per CY's website. Just want to see how you guys are doing it on the Rappys.
Thanks,
Dale

I do love the OS, and the way it looks is very trick !!! Thats why Im thinking of sticking one in my Rappy 90 when the time comes.
Just figured Id get some input on how you guys are doing your fuel setups.

I have my return going to the main tank on my Freya.
Not really having a good time with this PS. I burnt it up after about 4 gallons. It went lean on me and died in the air. I've changed to a Uniflow setup and it works much better, but it's still not consistent below 1/4 tank. I'm going to try a header tank next.
After that it's a YS91!

I have the return line from the carb T'ed into the main fuel supply line coming from the tank. I T'ed the return line right into the main line where it exits the tank fitting. I have not had any problem with it there, or I have I noticed any difference in how the motor runs.
The biggest difference for me to get use to between the YS 91 and the OS 91 PS. Was the PS 91 runs a lot quieter than the YS 91. When the PS 91 is running at max performance it is a lot quieter than the YS 91 running at max performance. The quietness of the OS PS 91 is a big plus to me. I have ran both the YS 91 and the OS 91PS. I prefer the OS PS 91, to me both motors are user friendly, they both have similar power outputs.
