New HDX head on BCP oscillates heli fore and aft rapidly in hover. Are grips shimmed too tight against "O" rings or what? Have not had head apart yet, but it looks like there are two shims/washers on each side and spindle is very rigid within "O" rings. Or, should I be checking for problem elsewhere? Help, please!
