My favorite part of the Mulberry event is the pre event that takes place in Umatilla on the Friday before the event on Saturday. There is some great flying and socializing that goes on that day and night. Then on Saturday morning about 6 am we all head out to make the 100 mile drive to Mulberry. For the last two years that has been the highlight of the trip for me. Mulberry is a must attend event for me each year.

This year will be great. The trek to Altoona, then to Mulberry. The wife looks forward to this every year (even more so than our family vacation!). This year we can take the Freak to Mulberry!
