has any one got any ideas on dampeners for the bcpp. if you set down to hard its a boom strike because the head dampening is so loose

I use the spacers from a Trex head instead of the stepped washer and shims closest to the head. The order I am running is headblock-o ring-trex spacer-bearings (inside the grip)-stepped washer-small washer-bolt and its working great. I had the same problem, head was too loose. This solution worked pretty good for me.
