View Full Version : My mx400 Just stripped a screw :arggg:

I just got this heli yesterday and i spent all day getting it setup and the darn seesaw screw stripped so i guess you all know what happend the paddles wobbled and it tipped forward and hit the main blades so now i have to replace that darn seeesaw and mainblades luckily i have those but i will probibly have to order the seesaw. Here are some pics.

I also ordered the eccpm updrade for it so that was suppose to be ehrre today but i guess it will be here tomorrow. Any other upgrades you all suggest? Let me know thanks

aluminum center hub with bearings comes with longer screws that work better. The aluminum hub will help keep you from tearing your head apart when you crash too. The plastic hub tends to tear in half during most crashes in my experience taking out quite a bit of the head with it when it goes. Ever since having the aluminum hub crashes have not damaged any of the head (except the flybar paddles and main blades).

Sounds good ill do that. Thanks anything else needed? I dont think the blade holders are needed that is just a bling am i right?

I haven't had the plastic blade holders ever get damaged yet in the 5 or so crashes I have had. I would think that they are not needed based on my experience. It will probably just add weight.
