I used to only fly the Align 325 Pro Woody blades on my Blade 400, and now my CX 450.....but I picked up some of the really cheap FG blades from Hobby City just to try them out. For $5 a set, I'm actually surprised at how balanced they were, and how well they seem to fly. I don't really notice any difference from the Align Pro's I'm used to. I'm just sport flying, not hard 3D stuff.

Anyone else have really good luck with these cheap blades??

I just received a pair last week. They are ~ 0.6 gm out from each other. I haven't tried to balance or check CG yet. They will take a lot of tape!

Well, I think my new favorite ones are the cheap CF blades from X-heli. I think they were around $11, and they are the only blades I have ever got that were perfectly balanced right out of the package.....I'm sure I just got lucky this one time :)

I use the cheapie FG blades from xheli on my 450's and my 500. they don't sell em any more for the 500.

i just got a set for my 500 from HK. they run great.

Looking to put them on my 600 now. 60 to 100 bucks for a set of CF blades is a bummer. Just got my 600 built and maiden lift off had a tip over and destroyed the brand new aligns CF. man, went down and had to buy a 80 set of new aligns because i could not wait for a shipment from china.

long live the cheapies, a lot of them that i have used probably are 2nds with a cosmetic blemish of some sort. every set has been perfectly balenced and have worked wonderfully.

Hi, hobby king i baught their 3d blades but fibreglass ones and look like that one but it was for the hk 500gt which is longer blades i never had an issue it did was getting out of tracking but wasn't a huge problem. Really liked it. Fiberglass are nice, little heavier though but nice blades.

Get the mavrikk blades for like 49.99 their carbon fiber blades and i used it on my raptor 30 that i sold, i used the mavrikk blades all last year still look new too LOL. I might get those for my new 50 size or i might get those carbon fiber 3d blades.
