TT 50 motor any issues?

Shopping for a Raptor 50 and was wondering about the TT50 motor. Any expereinces with it?

It's a good reliable motor, but it doesn't have the power of the OS. If you are new to the hobby the packaged motor and muffler is really a good deal. For about $100 you get both and if you buy an OS and a muffler you will spend at least $150 more. If you are a 3D expert then the extra performance the OS will provide is worth the extra expense.

I run the TT50 engine. I would like to have the OS but this was my first ship and I saved a few bucks. It runs well and provides enough power for me and my level of proficiency.

I agree bro, the TITAN is my first nitro heli, so having the stock engine coming with the kit was a great savings,

The TT50 has been a great motor for me. Produces nice power, and is very dependable. My only complaint is that I have to richen LSN so much it doesn't idle for $hit.
