I used to fly hirobo helicopters all the time. To start hirobo helicopters you need a hexagonal starter shaft connected to the starter and starter hub on the helicopter. I've noticed the startus is different. There is no starter hub, what part do I need to put onto the starter in order to rotate the engine's shaft? And where can I get it?? any links?

The part you need is Miniature part no. 4684, Pro-Flex start shaft. You can, if you desire, fit a Thunder Tiger, Hirobo, and perhaps other 6mm hex adaptor to your Stratus' start shaft.

You are welcome Hassan. The Pro-Flex is fine, but since I have some Raptors along with my Stratus I have opted to use a hex adapter on all my machines.

Capebob,

You can also buy a 5mm x 6mm cross over and grub screw it on to your Raptor start shaft. This will allow you to use your $50 Pro-flex for your Rappys also.
