Hi Malorie,

I was reading that you were doing a Intrepid Gas for Reflex XTR. Is it finished? If not do you have a release time frame?

That would be Awesome. I would love to practice on that, instead of a Predator gas.

I stopped working on it quite a while ago. But if you look in my RunRyder gallery, what I did complete is there. It looks and flys pretty much like the Intrepid Gasser, just a bit incomplete where the motor and such is concerned. :)

You did real good its a bummer you did not finish it. If I had any idea of what to do I would like to finish it. But way over my head. :lol:

It looks small, compared to the Predator XTR came out with.

It flies real smooth, though!

XTR does come with an editor that I was using to make that heli. If you go to their website, there are instructions on how to use it. They are written in German, so you would need to use babelfish.com to translate, which is what I did. :)

I thought I made the model to scale, so I would imagine that the Preditor is off scale if it looks larger. Either way you can always change the scale of the model in the settings for that model.

There is also a way to add parts of one model to another, so you could take the engine from the Preditor and put it in the Intrepid.

If you happen to play around and finish the model, it would be great if you would share it. ;)

Sorry I quit working on it, but I'm on the G3 beta team and they required me to stop using XTR. :) BTW, there is an Intrepid Gasser and Magnum in the G3 expansion Pack 1. ;)

I am going to look into it and see what I can do with it. I have a lot of free time so maybe I can tinker with it and finish it.

Oh I will definately share it! I have seen posts where others would like a Bergen for the XTR!

I am sure it is to scale, it may just be an illusion thing since it does not have motor, muffler and so on. It is wild flying it without a motor! :lol:

No need to apologize, I understand the compettion thing.

Just my luck, I picked XTR and G3 has the one I want. :D Oh well I cannot afford to get the G3 anytime soon, so I will just have to try and finish this one. If I cannot then maybe someone will eventually make one.

If it turns out you need the base model, I think I still have it on my PC. I know that the models are compressed in one way or another when you get them ready for flying.
