Its a Great time, even tho I had radio problems Thanks Dave. But damn those foamies can fly high. Thanks to all those involved in setting this up. I think we need to be Daytona bound next.

Glad to hear you all had a great time. I wish I could have made it but I had some things to take care of at home. If everything pans out for the next one I'll be there for sure.
Markharm Park in Fort Lauderdale perhaps???
The idea of a traveling Fun-Fly is great!

I'm glad everyone had a good time, it was great to see everyone again and alot of new faces we don't get to see usually until a fun fly event.
I'm up for the next one where ever it is.

All booked up for Jan. but maybe the first weekend in Feb would be cool! .
Then a few weeks later we can all meet up back at Port Charlotte for the last heli event that that field will see!

Hi Everyone,
You guys really put on a nice Fly - In.
The quality of flying was amazing. It was nice to visit with all my ole friends.
I even got to visit the air conditioned secret work area "51".
I had to break my diet a little and have a cheeseburger. And had my first Pepsi in over a year.
I will have to talk this up with my heli buddies at Triple Creek and see if we can get some of them interested in a little travel.
Thanks again for a great time.

Man i had a great time at the FF. Nice to see everyone again, Seneca was flying off the hook as were Bobby, Alan Austria, Steven Fox, Jennifer, and many others. My T-rex 600 is flying so good it worries me. I plante my SE into the ground straight down at speed and the damage was limited to: MY Ego, main shaft, blade axel, tail boom, flybar. $20. that's unbelievable! of course i have to repair the canopy but just a little ca and it's ok. Ya'll Come Back, ya hear! Ron "Hotwings" owner of area 51. :smokin:

I got a cool Highlights Video and a couple showcase videos (Bobby Smith and myself) completed. There's a problem with my server permissions, however, so as soon as that's cleared up, they will be up in the Video Forum.

Pick a date and I'll talk to the club about getting together some burgers and dogs and such.
I could do it October 14th or sometime in November like the Saturday before Thanksgiving weekend or even the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend I dont think we are going out of town.

Thanksgiving weekend would be the kiss of death. It's bad enough that JAX is on one end of the state (thereby taking the option out for half the state as a day trip), but to have it on a family holiday as well...might as well toss the burgers to the dogs :D
Part of the reasons that these gatherings have been so successful, is that they have so far been relatively centered in the state, where folks can make a day trip from north and south to attend.
I can't see anyone from Naples or Miami attending, unless they are really hard core.

Exactly why I dont go to all the way to Port Charlotte but I'd do Daytona or Kissimmie or somewhere like that.
Like I said, those are available dates for me, if you boys want to come up, let me know when and I'll set it up.

Right now we've got IRCHASE in 3 weeks, then Mulberry 2 weeks after that, we might want to look at the first or second weekend in December to break it up a little bit, the only thing that I know of coming up is the 3rd annual PC event in February.
