The engine to main rotor is 9.763313609:1 , but don't have the data for the tail.

Hi Steve:
Thanks for the ratio info...Maybe some body will have the tail rotor ratio or I guess I could count the gear teeth...
I just set up and checked the flybar ratio, looking at the cyclic response, and the ratio is .65 to 1 (1 deg on fly bar = .65 deg on blades) and I wonder if you have any tips to bring this ratio closer to 1 to 1???

If you want to do that, there are two length balls on the mixers...the long ones go to the flybar seesaw. Replace those balls with the same length balls as are on the other side of the mixer. The are CNLR1014. However, that won't make the cyclic faster...it will make it slower and the heli more stable.
